Buck Consultants was selected based on several factors, the most important of which is their experience in the administration and delivery of retirement benefits. Buck Consultants will provide service to plan participants from their Benefits Service Center in Toronto, Canada. As of today, Buck Consultants will now be your main contact for inquiries about your pension benefit(s) paid from the Bermuda Trust. What You Need to Do You don’t need to take any action as a result of this change. Just note the new Buck Consultants contact information below in the event you need to talk to someone about your pension benefit from the Bermuda Trust. What Stays the Same The benefits you currently receive and your plan’s rules are not affected by this change. Who to Contact With Questions Some pensioners receive a portion of their benefit directly from the Bermuda Trust and the other portion from an insurance company. Contact the Buck Consultants Benefit Service Center for questions about the Bermuda Trust portion of your payment. Keep in mind that for some situations, like a change of address or banking instructions, you must contact both the Benefits Service Center and the insurance company (if applicable) to have the change applied to both portions of your pension benefit.
